Over 25000 COVID 19 Cases will be reviewed by Dept. of Labor (Good News)

As you all know, President Biden passed the American Rescue Plan Act law that will require Dept. of Labor to review all the COVID 19 cases that were denied in the last 12 months. Affected members will begin to receive similar letters to the one attached. This is great news and considerable accomplishment for AFGE's hard work. I know many of the members will have questions. We are working on putting something out to explain all this as soon we get definitive answers from the Dept. of Labor/ OWCP.

Please forward this to your locals and please advise them that we will put something out as soon as we have answers. Many have called me already but unfortunately since it is a new law, we don't have all the answers.
