After several emails to the VA Secretary from the VBA Mid-Term Bargaining Committee and Local VBA Union Presidents, VBA Management has decided to adjust the RVSR And DRO performance standards.
Based on the numbers and the DROC-DC Townhall meeting, almost 50 percent of the DROs are not meeting the performance standards.
VBA Mid-Term Bargaining Committee is requesting a RESET on performance standards (mitigate the performance standards) due to lack of work and the pandemic. VBA Mid-Term Bargaining Committee will continue to fight for reasonable and obtainable performance standards.
